Ask yourself some questions.

Do I struggle with self-worth or confidence? Am I holding myself back without realising it? Does fear stop me from showing up fully? Am I operating from scarcity instead of possibility? Are my relationships costing me peace or progress? Is my wellbeing suffering in ways I can’t quite explain? Do I want to make real changes but don’t know how?

Perfect Mindset

Do I struggle with self-worth or confidence?

For example…

  • Do I feel unworthy or not good enough?
  • Do I compare myself to others and feel like I don’t belong?
  • Do I wrestle with imposter syndrome?
  • Do I feel different, disconnected or left behind?

Am I holding myself back without realising it?

For example…

  • Do I carry limiting beliefs that keep me stuck?
  • Do I people-please at the expense of my own needs?
  • Do I struggle to set and protect healthy boundaries?
  • Do I procrastinate, even when I know what needs to be done?

Does fear stop me from showing up fully?

For example…

  • Am I afraid of public speaking or flying?
  • Do I avoid selling myself, my ideas or my services?
  • Do nerves derail my performance in interviews, meetings or important moments?

Am I operating from scarcity instead of possibility?

For example…

  • Do I feel there’s never enough time, money, energy, opportunity?
  • Do I find it hard to adopt an abundant mindset?

Are my relationships costing me peace or progress?

For example…

  • Do I struggle to ask for what I need in relationships?
  • Do I find it hard to say no or to assert my boundaries?
  • Do I feel unseen, unheard or undervalued by those around me?

Is my wellbeing suffering in ways I can’t quite explain?

For example…

  • Do I find it hard to sleep, even when I’m exhausted?
  • Do I want to stop smoking, lose weight or be healthier?
  • Do I want a better lifestyle but can’t seem to design or sustain it?

Do I want to make real changes but don’t know how?

For example…

  • Do I want to improve my performance at work or in life?
  • Do I struggle to set goals or follow through?

If you ignore what’s buried in you, it’ll take control.

You’ll call it fate. But it’s not.

You can rewrite your internal dialogue and emerge grounded but light; unshakeable but resilient.

Rapid Transformational Therapy®

What is RTT®?

This powerful therapeutic approach, created by Marisa Peer, uses evidence-based techniques to provide individuals with the tools they need to make positive change. Drawn from areas of traditional psychotherapy like gestalt, solution-focused and cognitive behavioural therapy, hypnotherapy and mindfulness, RTT® enables and empowers clients to reframe negative beliefs, values, habits and emotions – many of which have been carried with them since childhood.

How it works

Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, which relies on positive reinforcement, RTT® focuses on identifying how, where and when unhelpful beliefs and behaviours were formed. It uses the leading scientific principles of neuroplasticity to facilitate the creation of new neural pathways in the mind.

How it’s different

Unlike conventional coaching, designed to focus on the issue or challenge (i.e. the symptoms), RTT® helps the client to discover the origins of the beliefs and behaviours that have led to the presenting problem. It guides the client to identify the root cause of why they feel the way they do. This is profoundly liberating and holds the key to reframing and transforming. In fact, it is a superpower.

“Tanya turned everything around for me. I was about to lose my job in advertising and PR. When presenting, I would get nervous, my body would shake, no words would come out of my mouth. My boss asked me to address it. I was desperate! Tanya took me back to the root cause…and I had an AHA moment. Then we built my new beliefs. I now pitch the most in my company as my boss is so impressed with my performance.”
