That idea lies at the heart of Tanya’s new book and will be the focus of a special launch evening at The Old Government House Hotel & Spa in Guernsey.
The evening will include a Q&A with Tanya, your own copy of the book and a live “Being Capable of More” group hypnotherapy session, giving guests an opportunity to explore some of the ideas behind the book and experience an element of Tanya’s work first-hand.
About You Are Capable of More Than You Imagine
The book starts from the idea that success isn’t simply determined by money, talent, ability or luck. The way we think also plays a powerful role in how we approach our lives. But how often do we stop and reflect on how our minds actually work?
Through eight Perfect Mindset Codes, Tanya explores how we can refine and redesign our thinking, look beneath the surface at our patterns and habits, and begin to imagine new possibilities for ourselves.
At the centre of the book is a journey from inner reflection to what Tanya calls “imagining-in-action.”
As Tanya writes:

The central message running through it all is one Tanya wants readers to remember: you are capable of more than you imagine.

Tanya will also guide guests through a live “Being Capable of More” group hypnotherapy session, followed by a Q&A and the opportunity to meet Tanya and have your copy of the book personally signed.
